Chervil Shake

Fresh chervil shake with celery and buttermilk from Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 20 g chervil (1 bunch)
  • 300 ml cold celery juice
  • 300 ml cold buttermilk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the chervil, pat dry, and set aside four stems.

  2. 2.

    Coarsely chop the remaining chervil and blend with celery juice and buttermilk until smooth.

    Season the shake with salt and pepper, pour into four glasses, and top with the reserved chervil stems.
