  • Ice cubes
  • 20 ml pastis
  • 40 ml Prosecco or white wine
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Instructions

    Put all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously for about 1–2 minutes.

    Strain into a flute glass, sprinkle with a little nutmeg, serve immediately.
