- Ice cubes
- 20 ml pastis
- 40 ml Prosecco or white wine
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Put all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously for about 1–2 minutes.
