Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 50 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

    Place the tomatoes in an oiled baking dish sprinkled with some rosemary and bake at 200°C for about 5 minutes.

    Season with salt, pepper, pour the remaining olive oil and vinegar over them, and let steep for 1 hour. Serve with fresh white bread.
