Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 70 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 200 ml milk
- 350 cherries (canned)
- butter for frying
- powdered sugar for dusting

Separate the eggs and beat the whites with salt into stiff peaks. Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour and milk. Fold in the beaten egg whites to create a light batter. Drain the cherries.

Heat some butter in a pan and pour about 2 tbsp of batter per pancake. Distribute a few cherries on top and brown the bottom lightly. Flip and finish browning the second side. Repeat with remaining batter.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
