Ingredients

  • 100 g quark
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 40 ml amaretto
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

    Chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler, then let it cool slightly.

    Mix quark with mascarpone and powdered sugar. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it into the cream mixture.

    Combine espresso with amaretto; break ladyfingers into pieces.

    Pour 1/3 of the ladyfingers into glasses and soak them with 1/3 of the espresso‑amaretto mix. Add 1/3 of the cream on top, then pour half of the melted chocolate over it. Repeat the process twice more with the remaining ingredients and finish with a layer of cream. Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then serve dusted with cocoa powder.
