Ingredients

  • 250 g butter cookies
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 150 g melted butter
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g quark
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 300 g cherries

Instructions

    Line the tartlet tins with parchment paper.

    Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. Mix in almonds and butter, then press evenly onto the base and rim of the tin using a spoon. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

    Whisk cream cheese, quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Spread the mixture over the chilled crust and chill again.

    Meanwhile halve the cherries, pit them, and arrange cut‑side up on top of the tart before serving.
