Ingredients
- 6 nectarine
- 3 lemon juice
- 125 g melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 kg cream cheese (10% fat)
- 125 g semolina
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
- butter for the pan

Wash nectarines, halve them, remove pits, cut into wedges, drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice and place in a greased pan.

Whisk melted butter with eggs, sugar, cream cheese, remaining lemon juice, and semolina. Pour batter into the pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle almond flakes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 60-70 minutes. Cover with foil if needed.
