Peach Trifle

- 3 peaches
- 200 g Cantuccini biscuits
- 200 g quark cheese
- 100 g crumbly cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 50 g whipping cream
- 30 g pistachio nuts
- 30 g almond kernels

Briefly immerse the peaches in boiling water, shock with cold water, peel and cut into wedges. Place Cantuccini in a freezer bag and crush into large pieces with a rolling pin. Mix quark with cream cheese, lemon juice, and honey. Whip the cream stiff and fold it in.

Place about half of the biscuits in a large glass bowl. Spread half of the quark mixture over them and sprinkle the remaining Cantuccini on top. Layer about two-thirds of the peaches, cover with the rest of the quark, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

For serving, arrange the remaining peach wedges on top. Roughly chop pistachios and almonds, scatter over the trifle, and serve.
