Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 0.125 l lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 300 g pizza cheese
  • 100 g salami
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • ground pepper
  • oil (for the pan)

Instructions

    Sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the center. Crumble yeast into some water, pour into the well, dust with flour and cover for 30 minutes. Add remaining water with salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Wash bell pepper, quarter it, remove seeds and cut into strips.

    Peel onion, halve it and cut into strips as well.

    Oil the pizza pan lightly. Knead dough again, roll out and place in the pan. Preheat oven to 220°C fan.

    Sprinkle cheese over the dough, top with salami slices, then add bell pepper and onion strips. Season with pepper and bake in the hot oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
