Ingredients

  • 300 g Emmental cheese (sliced)
  • 20 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Cut the Emmental cheese into approximately 1.5 cm squares.

    Wash and quarter the cocktail tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the shallot.

    Whisk mayonnaise with cream, mustard, and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Fold in the shallot and parsley.

    For serving, arrange cheese and tomatoes on a plate and spoon some salad sauce over each.
