Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 800 g green asparagus
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 75 ml vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • 200 g feta
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • garnish
  • mixed herbs to taste (e.g., chives, cress, basil)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the core and cut into strips. Peel the lower half of the asparagus, halve lengthwise and sauté in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with broth and cover with pear quarters; simmer for about 5 minutes until al dente.

    Arrange on plates, season with salt and crumble feta over it. Drizzle with lemon juice.

    Garnish with herbs and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
