Ingredients
- 500 g Greek sheep cheese
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 Green Chili Pepper
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 4 Sage leaves
- 0.5 l olive oil

Cut the cheese into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Halve the pepper, remove seeds, wash and cut into diamonds.

Peel garlic and slice thinly. Wash lemons and slice thinly. Halve chili, remove seeds, wash and slice into fine rings.

Strip rosemary leaves from stems. Layer everything with capers and sage in a large jar and drizzle olive oil over it. Store the cheese for 3 days in a cool place.
