Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna (in its own juice)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp salad cream
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 8 thin slices whole grain bread
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Drain the tuna, then flake it in a bowl with a fork. Clean and finely dice the celery.

    Quarter the tomatoes, remove seeds, and dice finely. Mix yogurt with salad cream, parsley, tuna, and vegetables; season with salt and pepper.

    Toast the bread slices slightly, place one lettuce leaf on each of four breads, spread the tuna mixture on top, press down, and cut sandwiches in half.
