Ingredients
- 250 g Gouda
- 250 g Emmental
- 150 g blue grapes
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 150 g baby corn
- 150 g green olives (pitted)
- 150 g pickled silver onions
- 150 g cornichons

Cut the cheese into about 1.5 cm cubes. Wash and pat dry the grapes and cocktail tomatoes. Quarter the corn kernels. Drain the silver onions well.

Slice the cornichons diagonally into thick slices. Then skewer everything in a colorful mix on cocktail sticks as desired.

Wrap a bowl generously with aluminum foil (to create a thick layer) and place it upside down on a plate. Stick the skewers into the foil and keep the construction cold until serving.
