Ingredients

  • 4 mixed hard cheeses (e.g., Greyerzer, Emmentaler, Allgäuer Bergkäse, Sbrinz, Appenzeller… )
  • grapes (dark and light)

Instructions

    Cut the cheese into bite‑size cubes. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry.

    Combine one cheese cube with a grape on a wooden skewer.

    Arrange the skewers on a large platter and serve as a small snack.
