Ingredients

  • 100 g crunchy muesli (with nuts)
  • 250 g red gooseberries
  • 200 g black gooseberries
  • 400 g vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Fill four glasses with the muesli, set aside a little for garnish. Drizzle with honey. Wash the gooseberries and reserve four red stems.

    Pick the berries off the stems, pat them dry. First layer the red gooseberries on top of the muesli, then stack the dark gooseberries over them. Distribute the yogurt on top and sprinkle with some muesli. Serve garnished with a gooseberry stem.
