Ingredients

  • 6 fragrant organic rose petals (unprocessed)
  • 50 ml rose syrup
  • 1 piece orange zest
  • 3 bottles dry white wine
  • 1 bottle well chilled champagne
  • organic rose petals for garnish

Instructions

    Peel the rose petals and place them in a container, pour in the white wine, add the rose syrup and orange zest. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

    Strain the mixture into a punch bowl. When serving, pour in the champagne and sprinkle with rose petal leaves.
