Ingredients
- 6 fragrant organic rose petals (unprocessed)
- 50 ml rose syrup
- 1 piece orange zest
- 3 bottles dry white wine
- 1 bottle well chilled champagne
- organic rose petals for garnish
Instructions

Peel the rose petals and place them in a container, pour in the white wine, add the rose syrup and orange zest. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Strain the mixture into a punch bowl. When serving, pour in the champagne and sprinkle with rose petal leaves.
