- 250 g crème fraîche
- chives (½ bunch each)
- parsley (½ bunch each)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 10 shortcrust pastry tartlets
- 10 paper molds

Wash herbs, set aside some for garnish, finely chop the rest and mix with crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.

Place tartlets in the molds, fill with herb cream, and decorate with remaining herbs.
