Ingredients

  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 0.5 handful chives
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 100 g tuna fillet
  • 4 rectangular crackers (alternative white crispbread)
  • 40 g black caviar

Instructions

    Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until light brown.

    Rinse and finely slice the chives into about 1 cm long ribbons. Wash, trim, and cut the celery stalks into pieces roughly ½ cm thick. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, peel, and dice the flesh into 1 cm cubes. Drizzle the avocado cubes with lemon juice and mix in the celery pieces.

    Wash the tuna fillet, pat it dry, cube it finely, and gently fold it into the avocado-celery mixture.
