A fresh cheese dip recipe featuring a creamy blend of melted cheddar, paprika, yogurt, mustard, onion, and saffron.
Ingredients
- 200 g shredded cheddar cheese (Chester)
- 0.5 yellow bell pepper
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp sharp mustard
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch saffron

Wash, clean, halve, seed, peel the white skin of the paprika, then cut into pieces. Peel and roughly chop the onion.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve, taste, and serve.
