Cheese and Onion Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Multigrain bread (approx. 750 g)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 160 g Emmental cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Score the bread in a diamond shape with a sharp knife, but do not cut all the way through.

  2. 2.

    Clean, wash, and thinly slice the spring onions. Cut the cheese into small pieces.

  3. 3.

    Fill the bread with cheese and spring onions and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; Gas Mark 2) for 20 minutes.
