Watermelon on a stick from Spoonsparrow: the delicious summer snack with crunchy chocolate provides you with Vitamin A and antioxidants!
Ingredients
- 0.5 small watermelon
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 20 g freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions

Cut the half watermelon lengthwise, then cut into approximately 2 cm thick triangles.

Cut a slit in the rind of the melon triangles and push the wooden stick into the groove.

Roughly chop the freeze-dried raspberries and set aside.

Roughly chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. Heat a pot with a smaller diameter than the shell with a little water. Hang the bowl with chocolate in the pot. Melt the chocolate over low heat while stirring.

Dip the top end of the melon skewers in the melted chocolate, sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries and let harden in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
