Cooking Broccoli

Cooking broccoli is super easy and everyone can do it. Try our Spoonsparrow recipe and enjoy it as a crunchy side dish or as a salad.

Ingredients

  • 800 g Broccoli
  • Salt
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Clean the broccoli, wash it and cut it into small florets. Peel and chop the stalk into small pieces. Cook everything in plenty of boiling salted water with the cumin for about 5 minutes until firm to the bite.

    Then remove it from the water with a slotted spoon and shock it in ice water.

    Drain the broccoli florets and stalk well and use them further according to the recipe or serve them tossed in olive oil.
