Ingredients
- 750 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 50 g lean bacon
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 2 onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 125 ml beef broth (cube)
- 1 bundle parsley
Instructions

Clean, rinse the chanterelles and drain well.

Brown finely diced bacon in oil, then sauté small onion pieces until translucent.

Add mushrooms, cook briefly, season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped parsley.

Pour in beef broth and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
