Ingredients
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 1 white onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- Salt
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms, slice one and dice the rest into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. In a large pan, sauté the sliced mushroom with the diced ones in hot oil.

Add the chili peppers and cumin, stirring for about 4 minutes until no liquid remains. Season with salt and sprinkle with coriander. Divide onto four plates and garnish with mushroom slices before serving.
