Ingredients

  • 12 red cherry tomatoes
  • 12 yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g double cream cream cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs Basil
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions

    Wash tomatoes, pat dry and cut off the top third. Remove seeds and season the insides with salt and black pepper.

    Mix cream cheese and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Fill a piping bag with a star tip and stuff the tomatoes with the mixture.

    Place the tomato caps back on and arrange on a plate. Garnish with basil leaves and black pepper.
