Ingredients
- 250 g small red-skinned apples (2 small red-skinned apples)
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 g mushrooms
- 400 g green bell peppers (2 green bell peppers)

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, seed it, wash and chop. Wash parsley, dry, strip leaves and chop. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl with lemon juice, honey, 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper; taste and let rest for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile clean the mushrooms for the skewers. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into pieces. Alternate threading mushrooms and pepper pieces onto wooden skewers, brush with remaining oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill on a preheated grill for about 10 minutes all around. Serve with the salsa.
