Ingredients
- 600 g Camembert
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 80 g clarified butter
- Lingonberry jam (for serving)
Instructions

Take the Camembert out of its packaging and cut it into 3x3 cm squares. First coat the cubes in flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs. Press the coating firmly onto each piece.

Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the cheese cubes until they are golden brown on all sides. Serve with lingonberry jam.
