Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast fillet (2 fillets)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 large wild sausages
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bunch sage leaves
- 3 slices whole grain toast
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 g parboiled rice
- 1 lemon
Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and mix with the soy sauce. Cut the sausages into pieces. Wash, halve, seed and remove the membranes from the bell peppers, then cut them into larger cubes.

Wash and dry the sage leaves. Dice the toast bread and drizzle with olive oil. Cook the rice according to package instructions in salted water.

Thread all ingredients alternately onto wooden skewers and grill for about 7–10 minutes on a hot grill. Arrange on plates with the rice and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
