Ingredients

  • 400 g white fish fillet (skinless)
  • 2 limes (untreated)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • pepper from grinder
  • Salt

Instructions

    Wash the fish fillet, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into cubes. Wash the limes. Squeeze juice from one lime; quarter the other lime and slice thinly. Wash the peppers, deseed, and slice into fine rings.

    Mix fish cubes, lime juice, lime slices, and pepper rings; season with pepper and cover in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate. Just before serving, add salt.
