Ingredients
- 1 piece zucchini (ca. 50 g)
- 0.25 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 200 g prepared sushi rice
- 2 toasted nori sheets
- 4 fresh shrimp
- 4 tsp red caviar
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
Instructions

Wash the zucchini and cut into fine sticks.

Peel a piece of avocado, slice lengthwise into 4 wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

Shell the shrimp and remove the black vein.

Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.

Form 4 balls from the rice.
