Ingredients

  • 1 piece zucchini (ca. 50 g)
  • 0.25 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 g prepared sushi rice
  • 2 toasted nori sheets
  • 4 fresh shrimp
  • 4 tsp red caviar
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste

Instructions

    Wash the zucchini and cut into fine sticks.

    Peel a piece of avocado, slice lengthwise into 4 wedges and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Shell the shrimp and remove the black vein.

    Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise.

    Form 4 balls from the rice.

    Shape the nori sheets with rice, wasabi paste, avocado wedges, zucchini sticks, and shrimp into hand‑rolled temaki sushi shapes.
