Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g mixed ground meat
- 8 sprigs thyme
- pizza tomatoes
- Salt
- pepper (for seasoning)
- 1 Zucchini
- 500 g Cellentani
Instructions

Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Brown the ground meat until crumbly. Add the onions and garlic and let them simmer.

Strip leaves from the thyme stems and add them. Stir in pizza tomatoes. Simmer everything over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.

Rinse, trim, and slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Heat the remaining olive oil. Quickly sauté the zucchini.

Cook the Cellentani in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Season the meat sauce with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, let it drain briefly, then mix with the meat sauce and zucchini before serving.
