Ingredients
- 150 ml broth
- 250 g ground beef
- 50 g celery sticks (finely diced)
- 2 carrots (finely diced)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 can chunky tomatoes (ca. 400 g)
- 3 tbsp chopped herbs (rosemary, sage, parsley)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 50 g finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Sear the ground beef in a large pan, then add onions, carrots, celery and tomato paste; sauté briefly. Pour in broth and reduce slightly.

Stir in chunky tomatoes and herbs, simmer for another 30 minutes. Butter a baking dish, fill cannelloni with the meat/tomato sauce, arrange in the dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until gratinated.
