Tuna Sauce

A fresh dip recipe featuring tuna and anchovy fillets from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 140 g canned tuna (in own juice)
  • 2 pickled anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • thyme flowers for garnish

Instructions

    Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the rinsed anchovies and finely mash both with a fork.

    Add the capers (reserve some for garnish) and stir in sour cream, thyme, salt, pepper, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.

    Taste and serve garnished with remaining capers and thyme flowers.
