Taco Shells with Ground Beef Filling

- Salt

- 500 g ripe tomatoes
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

Ground beef filling:

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Briefly sauté onion cubes, then add the ground beef and brown. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Salsa:

Briefly blanch tomatoes, peel, quarter, seed, and cube them.

Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds, wash, and finely dice it.

Peel and chop the onion, then sauté with chilies in hot oil in a pot, press in garlic, let cook briefly, stir in tomato paste and tomatoes, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel and cube the onion. Wash salad, dry, and cut into strips. Cut olives into small pieces.

Place tacos on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
