Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery
- 200 g sliced cheese (e.g., Tilsiter, Gouda...)
- 6 slices cooked ham (halved)
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 150 ml whipping cream (at least 30% fat)
- 1 bunch chives
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- nutmeg
- dill (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat. Wash, trim, and cut the celery into about 12 pieces of 6 cm length. Take ¼ of the cheese and grate it; cut the remaining cheese into 12 sticks. Wrap each celery piece with a cheese stick inside a slice of ham.

Whisk the eggs with sour cream and whipping cream, add chives, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Place the ham-wrapped celery rolls in a buttered baking dish, pour the egg mixture over them, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until golden. Garnish with dill and serve immediately.
