Ingredients
- 3 romaine lettuce hearts
- 0.5 cucumber
- 8 radishes
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 handful mint
- 2 shallots
- 4 whole‑grain pitas
- 0.5 tsp Ras el‑Hanout
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Wash, clean and cut the salad into bite‑sized pieces. Wash cucumber, halve lengthwise and scrape out seeds with a spoon. Cut cucumber crosswise into half moons. Clean radishes, wash and slice; wash tomatoes and halve them. Wash bell pepper, halve, clean and cut into strips. Wash mint and shake dry; peel shallots and slice thinly. Toast breads and tear into pieces.

Combine all prepared ingredients and arrange on four plates. Season with Ras el‑Hanout, salt and pepper. Serve with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
