Ingredients

  • 500 g peach flesh (pitted and peeled)
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (1:1)
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 tbsp Campari

Instructions

    Dice the peach flesh, mix with sugar and lemon juice, and bring to a boil while stirring.

    Simmer for 4 minutes, then add Campari. Test for setting and fill prepared jars.
