Spinach Yogurt Smoothie

Try the delicious spinach smoothie with yogurt from Spoonsparrow or one of our other healthy recipes!

Ingredients

  • 250 g baby spinach
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 20 g sun‑dried tomatoes
  • 300 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash and dry the spinach, then roughly chop it. Wash the thyme, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves.

    Add the spinach, yogurt, sun‑dried tomatoes, ice cubes, and thyme to a blender and puree, gradually adding the milk as you blend.

  3. 3.

    Season the drink with salt, cayenne pepper, a pinch of sugar, and lemon juice. Divide into four glasses and serve.
