Carrot Mash with Pork

Ingredients

  • 50 g small potatoes (1 small potato)
  • 100 g carrots (1 carrot)
  • 20 g lean pork
  • 3 Tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.

  2. 2.

    Rinse the pork, pat dry, and slice across the grain into thin strips.

  3. 3.

    Bring 100 ml water to a boil, add the vegetables and pork, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

  4. 4.

    Blend everything with a stick blender until smooth, adding the apple juice. Finally stir in the oil.
