  • 50 g small potatoes
  • 100 g carrots (1 carrot)
  • 40 g salmon fillet (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 Orange
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.

  2. 2.

Bring 100 ml water to a boil in a small pot, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

  3. 3.

Meanwhile, check the salmon fillet carefully for bones and remove if necessary. Rinse the salmon, pat dry with kitchen paper, and cube it.

  4. 4.

Add the salmon cubes to the vegetables and cook everything for about 5 more minutes.

  5. 5.

In the meantime, squeeze half an orange.

  6. 6.

Blend the vegetables and salmon finely with a hand blender. Stir in 3 tbsp orange juice and the oil. If the puree is too thick, add a little more orange juice. Check the temperature before feeding.
