Cauliflower Oat Porridge

Cauliflower oat porridge: oats replenish your baby's exhausted iron stores. The porridge is also suitable for sensitive stomachs.

Ingredients

  • 50 g potatoes (1 small potato)
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 10 g rolled oats (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 1 tbsp apple juice

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, peel and cut the potato into small pieces.

  2. 2.

    Clean, wash and break the cauliflower into small florets. Peel stems and dice them.

  3. 3.

    Heat 150 ml water in a small pot. Cover and simmer potatoes and cauliflower for 10–15 minutes until soft.

    Add rolled oats and cook while stirring constantly for another 3 minutes.

  5. 5.

    Remove from heat. Stir in oil and apple juice, then blend with an immersion blender. Check temperature before feeding.
