Ingredients
- 4 Carrots
- 2 kohlrabi
- Salt
- sprinkles of lemon juice
- edible flowers (e.g., nasturtiums)
- dill sprigs
- 50 g Roquefort cheese
- 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- ground pepper
Instructions

Peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Grate them on a coarse grater, not too finely. Mix separately with a pinch of salt and some lemon juice.

For the dressing, break the Roquefort into pieces and gradually whisk in the vinegar and nut oil with a fork. Season with pepper.

Arrange the kohlrabi and carrots in serving bowls, pour the dressing over them, and garnish with edible flowers and dill sprigs before serving.
