Ingredients

  • 400 g turkey breast fillet
  • 250 g fresh bean sprouts
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 1 leek stalk
  • 1 white onion
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger powder
  • 3 tsp cornstarch
  • black pepper (ground)
  • garden cress

Instructions

    Divide cauliflower into small florets, wash and drain. Wash the leek, trim, and cut into thick rings. Rinse bean sprouts and drain. Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice turkey breast into strips, salt and pepper.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok (or skillet if no wok). Quickly stir-fry the meat until browned, then remove and set aside. Add remaining oil and sauté onion and cauliflower for about 3 minutes. Add leek and sprouts, cook another 2 minutes.

    Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and pour over the vegetables. Return meat, add ginger powder and soy sauce, stir and simmer for about 3 more minutes. Season with pepper, garnish with garden cress, and serve hot.
