Raclette with Ham

Ingredients

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g raw ham
  • 50 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 50 g pitted black olives
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • pepper (ground)
  • 4 thyme sprigs

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 30 minutes. Peel, let cool slightly, then slice.

    Arrange the potato slices with the ham, roughly chopped tomatoes, and olives on four small ramekins and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Dice the mozzarella and scatter it over the potatoes. Grill under a raclette grill for 6–8 minutes until melted, then serve garnished with thyme.
