Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 4 tbsp liquid honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel oranges with a sharp knife, removing all white membranes, then slice the oranges crosswise into thin slices while catching the released juice.

    Warm honey in a small pot with the orange juice.
