Ingredients
- 2 stalks chicory
- 1 Avocado
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Carrot
- 0.5 stalk celery
- 150 g yogurt
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Clean the chicory, cut out the bitter core in a cone shape and split into leaves.

Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit and slice into thin strips; drizzle immediately with lemon juice.

Peel the carrot and cut into matchstick-sized sticks. Wash and trim the celery, then slice crosswise into thin rounds.

Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, and ketchup; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, tasting as you go.
