Caramelized Oven Plums

The caramel plums from the oven by Spoonsparrow are delicious as a dessert or for a quick bite!

Ingredients

  • 500 g plums
  • 15 g coconut palm sugar (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 15 g Butter (1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash, dry, halve and pit the plums. Place them cut‑side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2.

    Sprinkle with coconut palm sugar and drizzle with honey. Distribute small pieces of butter over the plums.

  3. 3.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection: 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 15 minutes.
