Ingredients

  • 150 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 4 apples
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150 g crème double

Instructions

    Roast the nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then let them cool. Wash and dry the apples, remove the stems, and insert a wooden stick into each apple.

    Bring the sugar with honey, butter, and crème double to a boil and simmer for about 12-15 minutes over medium heat until it thickens into a soft, creamy caramel.
