Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 100 ml heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- butter for frying
- 280 g ripe Camembert (4 rounds)
- 4 tbsp lingonberries (jarred)
Instructions

Whisk the eggs with the cream and season. Slice the Camembert into strips.

Heat a little butter in a pan, then cook each omelette over medium heat until the bottom is lightly browned and the surface has set slightly; place a few Camembert strips on each, fold, cover, and let the cheese melt over gentle heat.

Finely chop chives and sprinkle over the omelettes. Serve with lingonberries.
